Keep an instance current, and its data safe.

Upgrades
Upgrade with the Compose project name the instance started with. A different name starts a new, empty instance.
Backups
Back up PostgreSQL, stored files, ClickHouse, Redis and the configuration volume together, so they restore to the same moment.
Never regenerate an instance's secrets to fix a start-up problem: what they encrypt would become unreadable.
